The Wine Theatre and Bisol will host us to unleash our networking and chat in a fantastic environment.

You'll be greeted with a glass of Prosecco kindly offered by Bisol.

The Wine Theatre will entice us with this mouthwatering buffet style selection of:

Pasta
Risotto with Barbera d’Asti wine
Pennette with cream, tomato e rocket

Canapes:
Greenland prawns with crème fraiche and lime on olive oil crouton
Crayfish and salmon mousse on paprika crouton
Capresina (tomato and mozzarella with basil) on pepper seasoned white bread
Grilled Veg Bruschettina
Charcuterie bruschettina
Potato “Croquette” (fried potato dumpling)
Vanilla creme pat on toasted brioche with wild berries
